I really really dislike the taste of most vegetables. That might be why I really dislike the taste of this supplement. I absolutely couldn't stand it. So I bought some gelatin capsules and filled them with this so I could take them as pills instead.When I ingest an appropriate amount of this powder (it works out to 7-10 pills), I do feel healthier. I believe that they have good nutrients in this supplement. But I really disliked the taste.

We all know that we don't get enough fruit, fiber or antioxidants in our diet so this is a no brainer! You can mix this in drinks, food, add it to your baking or even just add it to water and BOOM you got your daily dietary requirements...I love that idea. It tastes pretty good so it is definitely a regular thing for me now! What a great product and you get a substantial amount at a good price so I highly recommend this to everyone reading this! Let's get healthy!!

I love that this product has all the antioxidants I could want. It makes me feel like I'm doing something really healthy for my body. It's a wonderful thickener to my smoothies when I don't want to use yogurt and it combines well in a blender or shaker bottle. It has an earthy smell that readily takes a back seat to any ingredients in a smoothie. My only complaint is that there aren't 30 servings in the package to sync up nicely with a monthly Subscribe and Save. If there were I'd give it five stars.

I will buy this again, I like how when I initially read the package the amounts of nutrients/ vitamins you get. It doesn't taste the best but there are ways to incorporate it into your smoothies coffees add to milk etc... you have to get creative with it but for the price and what you are getting you can't go wrong

I'm putting my best food forward to add some nutrients to my diet. This is tasty and quick to blend and have on the go. I like it.

Sure, it doesn't taste amazing, but it doesn't taste bad. Just put cold water on a coffee mug, stir it up, and swig it down.It gives me a nice little body buzz about 20 minutes in and really helps if I'm feeling under the weather.

I add a scoop or two in my smoothie every morning. It mixes well in my smoothies and doesn't alter the taste or texture. I've tried other mixes/brands and so far this is my favorite. I feel energized and ready for my day. I highly recommend.
