Yesterday was day 1 of wearing. I really didn't expect they would work but oh my goodness I got through the day well even wearing my flat ballerina pumps. Waiting on a referral to podiatry for possible fallen arch. Definitely using every day. Really helped with the pain

This gives you some comfort, but doesn't fit very nicely under socks and inside your shoes. I think it's OK for mild arch support, but I think I may need greater support maybe.

Not suitable for me, unfortunately. Although cooling on the feet. Perhaps would give blisters after wearing for a time. However may be suitable using around the home in slippers.

Being in pain, it was a relief to put one of the support pads on my foot, within a very short period of time the pain was eased considerably. Very pleased with my purchase.

Bought this as was advised nothing wrong with the item it was just to painful for me to use so still suffering

When I first got these I thought, 'oh no, they do slip off'Then I realised I had them on backwards!!! Make sure the narrow part faces the ankle and the wider part faces the toes when putting them on. They really work. Very comfy under socks or barefoot. Am planning on getting a second pair. Far superior to the fabric versions I have tried!
