Okay, but it was difficult to like the female lead
I'd rate this 2.5 out of 5. The writing was pretty fluent, but it was really hard to like the main female in the story. Summer is working for Jason's construction company. As part of her contract, she gets a rent-free loft in his apartment complex. Unfortunately, that makes her think that she can call on him at all hours of the night and morning - think 3am. He gets a little bit grumpy. She has no idea how inappropriate that is. While I'm sure the little nuances shown by Summer are supposed to be cute...they weren't. Waking your boss up at ridiculous times because you are obsessed by your job and simply can't get something off your mind doesn't make you endearing, it makes you an inconsiderate, self-involved nutter. She was shown as being awkward and not having people skills, but to the point that I'd actually question if Summer was either ADHD, OCD, autistic, or a combination of all of the above. Seriously, that is how she came across. Jason had the patience of a saint with Summer, mainly because he became attracted to her. And the random storyline in there about Summer's mother? It didn't add to the story and it, with a couple of other random bits, didn't add to the characters or the plot development. I would have enjoyed it more if the female lead hadn't annoyed the heck out of me.

Must Read Stand Alone
My first Sasha Burk book. What can I say but "Wow." This a funny, romantic, quick read book. Summer is a smart, hard working blonde in a man's world. Doesn't ask for anything. Pitches right in with her men and, if ya mess up well your gone. That she wakes Jason, her "Boss" up due to her work issues and insomnia is funny because she doesn't realize waking said boss up in just an over size sleep shirt and nothing else isn't standard protocol. That said "Boss" Jason can manage his attraction to Summer for as long as he does, well give the guy an "A+". He makes a great boss, trusts Summer's judgement and learns she can stand up for herself. Plus, Jason sure does know how to push a girl's button. Wow oh wow does he!I will be reading the other books in this series.

Wow
Wow!!! What an amazingly hot and sexy debut by Sasha Burke. Sasha needs to write her a$$ off and get more out like now. I love her writing style. It may be a fast read but it isn't short of the sexy at all. This book had me glued to my kindle from start to finish. I really didn't want to put it down for anything. I love how Sasha gave us at sexy hot billionaire who gets down in dirty in more ways then one in Jason. I think I'm sill fanning myself over him. I also love how she gives us a no nonsense, just one of the guys kind of girl in Summer. Summer is unlike any female lead I've read in awhile. I love her quirkiness and the fact she's not afraid to hold her with the guys. Summer and Jason sizzle throughout this entire book. I love the chemistry between them. Sasha wrote one heck of a first book. If this is any indication of what is to come from her, then just wow. The book world just gained an amazing new author that I for sure will be one clicking for all future books. This is worth checking out. Go and one click as soon as you can because you don't want to miss out. A panty wetter for sure. A MUST READ IN MY BOOK. Amazing job Sasha Burke.

Loved this story! So much fun to read! Sexy and steamy!
I absolutely loved Show Me Yours by Sasha Burke. It was a quick, fun, and so very sexy read that had me laughing out loud. Usually quick reads do not give you a lot of character background, however, I loved this story and the characters and really felt a connection to them.Jason hired Summer to lead a major construction project because he believed in her abilities. She was strong, dependable, and very knowledgeable, but she was also petite, beautiful and quite the temptress, without even realizing it. But as a rule, he was not the type of man to mix business with pleasure and as her boss and landlord, she was definitely off limits.Summer knows she is different than most women. She is neurotic, obsessive and always on top of all details. A workaholic at heart that has trouble sleeping. She admires Jason and how much he has accomplished. Yes, she can be a bit much waking him up at all hours to talk business, but she is doing her job and wants to do it right. No harm in that, right?Though he is trying to avoid it, Summer is slowly growing on him in ways that she should not. He begins to be protective of her. Summer knows nothing about men, as they find her weird and not worth the effort, but Jason has never made her feel anything but capable. But things begin to change between them and soon they find themselves wanting more. This book was so much fun to read. It was sexy and steamy. I loved the characters, their banter and the story. Jason and Summer had so much chemistry, it dripped off the pages. I am excited to see what else Sasha Burke gives us.4.5 stars!

Quick and dirty
I love that there was no drama or heretofore unknown issue that suddenly invalidates their whole relationship. I know romance is supposed to be a little getaway, but I like that the characters in this one actually talk through the issues they're having instead of immediately overreacting to something. Much more believable to me. A++ on the mouth on them! (The dialogue, you pervs 😏)However, I do feel cheated. It was like I was skipping to the second book in a series. For the first few chapters, I was expecting a ~6 Weeks Earlier~ that never came. None of the characters were ever introduced and all the delicious UST is missing. Only one character had any sort of defining characteristics. I would have loved to get to know the characters better and to see how the relationship evolved from the beginning. I don't think I'm the only one that likes to see first impressions shattered in the most delightful ways.

A brilliant read
Jason is the CEO of a successful construction company and Summer is the recently employed construction manager on his latest venture, a retirement village. As part of her employment package, Summer has a loft in the same building as Jason’s penthouse, so he’s also her landlord. Whenever Summer has a problem to solve she has to fix it their and then. She is brilliant at her job, hands on at the job site and able to operate any machinery. She can hold her own with the men and is respected by her teams. Her insomnia means that she often knocks on Jason’s door at ungodly hours in the morning to brainstorm and get his ok on particulars. Despite the lack of sleep, Jason has found himself more and more attracted and drawn to the bright, brilliant and quirky young woman. When Summer follows Jason into his bathroom and has an embarrassing encounter with the very wet and naked CEO, Summer begins to see her boss as the gorgeous man that he is. Different scenarios play out throughout the book, each very entertaining. The story is told from both POV as well as day and time. The book is very well written and entertaining. The characters are brilliant and the relationship between Jason and Summer evolves as their personalities and outlooks alter through their interactions. A brilliant read.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

A nice, easy read
This was a really cute story with a quirky female and a rather controlled male with both characters allowing themselves to keep the other at a distance. There are of course a few issues as to why they should not give into their attraction that they both keep in the forefront of their minds; he is her landlord and her boss. Along with that reasoning, Summer also worries about their differences in social standing; she’s working class and he’s a billionaire. Of course, reasons like those are all too easy to ignore when attraction spikes. Which of course it does. Read to find out what the catalyst is and why these two are so suited to one another. I will add that I really did love that one of Summer’s quirks was her inability to sleep and that one of Jason’s best attributes was that he finds her quirks adorable. There really is nothing sexier than a man who loves his woman for everything she is; even her craziness.

😍
Jason and Summer make a lovely couple, and he is just man enough to deal with her crazy. Honestly Jason must be a saint as I'd be mad if someone kept waking me up in the middle of the night to talk work.I'd have liked a little more around Summer and the crew before they jumped in and defended her because that part of this story came out of nowhere.I couldn't put this book down and read in one sitting. I'll definitely be reading then next installment of this series.
