Worth the money when making Okonomiyaki
Otafuku Okonomi Sauce is the goto if your making Okonomiyaki. Its sweet and savory and a little goes a long way. It is a bit pricey but its really worth it. Think of it as a slightly sweet bbq sauce without being vinegary.Pro-Tip:I also love what Japan does with their sauce bottles, they are relatively soft plastic so you can grab the bottom of the bottle, tip it upside down (lid closed obviously) and shake it and it moves all the sauce to the bottom cap end so you dont waste any in the bottle. (Same applies for Kewpie Mayo)

Absolutely best and authentic okonomiyaki sauce.No otafuku sauce, no okonomiyaki!
