This is our third bidet toilet seat. The firs was a Biobidet A8 from Costco that was a piece of crap. We went through two with the same defect - nozzle wouldn't retract. Then we got a Toto which did not fit. This Yanxuan was half the price of all the others, installed so easily and is by far superior to the others we have tried. Great product for the price

Right off the top I have to say that I could not be happier with my purchase of the YANXUAN Bidet Toilet Seat. I had never tried one before but have heard from people who have done some world traveling rave about them, so I bought myself one for Christmas. This one is far more advanced than the ones they talked about, so I was so excited! It was delivered super fast and I could barely contain my excitement. However when it arrived it didn’t match up to my plumbing. I sent off an email to customer service explaining my problem. I really wasn’t expecting very good service from a company in China halfway around the globe to be honest. Boy was I surprised when I got help that was on par with Amazon’s customer service, who I feel is the best around. They very quickly helped me find what adapter I needed to hook up the bidet. The best part was I was expecting them to ship it to me, goodness knows how long that would have taken, but instead they had me order the parts I needed off of Amazon and then they immediately refunded me the money for the parts. This way my bidet was hooked up in two days instead of weeks. It turns out that was very good luck on my side as the pandemic soon struck and you couldn’t find toiler tissue ANYWHERE!! Fine by me! I had 8 rolls when the bidet was hooked up and 6 months later I still have 6 rolls left!! My behind hasn’t been this happy in a long time. When the weather turned warm I turned off the heated seat and turned the water temp all the way down, very refreshing on a hot and humid day! As much as I enjoy the “summer setting” I can’t wait till I can turn up the thermostat on the water and seat. The soft blue led light was a complete surprise to me, I turned off the nightlight by accident one night and the toilet bowl lit up beautifully. The bowl’s nightlight feature really inspires you to keep the bowl clean too! My only warning is with using the fan to dry off. Just be certain to flush before turning on the fan, otherwise it warms the smell of the bowl contents and blows it around. Very unpleasant and something you wouldn’t do more than once! In my humble opinion you should buy this bidet if you are thinking of getting one. I have actually recommended this item to friends and family. I don’t think I could ever go back to not having a bidet, especially one this nice, and I bet you won’t either..

Fantastic product except for clarity installing the plumbing parts. I am not a plumber nor do I usually mess with it, but since the reviews claimed how easy it was, I decided to try. I watched a video on YouTube and it showed me how to install the 3 way part at the bottom of the tube by the shut off valve instead of at the top under the water basin of the toilet. After some investigation, that makes a difference because the top and bottom portions of the water lines are different sizes and didn’t fit into the 3 way. Visually, I thought it would be the same. When this conclusion came about with assistance from a plumbing supply company, I attempted to put it on the right way. However, the plastic ring at the bottom of my toilet water basin loosened somehow even though I didn’t touch it causing it to leak. I wasn’t able to tighten it on my own; hence, a plumber was called. He took care of everything and it works wonderfully!!!! I had the filter installed as advised in other reviews. It would have been good to have a video showing the installation for this EXACT product.

I cannot believe that it's been 2 years. Being fresh down there any time, day or night is really a good thing!! When I first purchased it, I didn't really like it and was going to return it, but now I can't imagine my life without it! When I didn't like it, it turned out to be a "me" issue as I had a problem with the water direction, but I had the same problem with another brand. Once I got that figured out, it became perfect. My advice here is if you think it's not fantastic, work with it and hopefully, it will greatly improve your life too.What I love... warm seat on a cold morning, warm water gently cleaning, being fresh any time.

I bought this at a real good price on Prime day for my elderly parents. My father was having problems getting around and using the toliet was getting hard for him. He and my mother said they wouldn't use it but I knew once they tried it they would appreciate it more. Unfortunately my father passed 4 days prior to this arriving. I wanted it for my mother also so I installed it as soon as it came in. After using it once she was convinced. It was pretty easy for me to install but I have installed toilets a few times so this was easy compared. It comes with a very long 6 ft cord that was able to reach a plug but I will probably wire one closer to the toilet like I did when I had my house built. The only tools you really need a screwdriver and a larger adjustable wrench for the fittings and some plumbers tape. You could install without the tape as there are rubber washers but I wouldn't take the chance. Of corse I tested it first and the water was instantly warm coming out and the blower worked well. Will you be completely dry? Probably not but one or two squares of paper to dry with is a lot less than wiping with 10 to 20. Now all I have to do is convince the wife. only been a couple weeks. If my mother has any problems with it I will update this post accordingly.
