Great for what you pay for!
I bought this off Amazon as a “damaged box” special so when it arrived the box was pretty beat up but that was expected. The product itself was in good shape!Super easy to set up. Although little wobbly (I just put some extra screws in to make it feel sturdier)Overall a great bang for your buck. It’s large and roomy and I think Bun Bun likes it :)

Very flimsy. Won’t last
I was so excited to get this. None of the hutches I found had great reviews but this one seemed simple enough that it shouldn’t be too bad. Well, it is simple and there is no reason for it to be so flimsy. But it is. As we put the top on the wood already started to break. I get this wasn’t the most expensive, but it’s still not cheap and the design is simple. My husband is trying to reinforce with 2x4 because it’s a hassle to return, but we may have to.

Cheaply made. Avoid this item.
I should have returned it immediately when I saw how cheaply it was made. I've been constantly making repairs and it's now unfixable in less than a year. The wood is thin and the design is poor. Do not recommend.

Great for the price.
It meets my expectations. Easy to clean. Not too difficult to assemble. Had to add some brackets to the legs to make it sturdier (it rocked when lifting the lid). But for the money, who can complain?

Cheap and flimsy
Minimal construction quality. Hinge seems flimsy...joints are not tight. The hinge for the lid was ripped out of the one corner. Had to tweak and re-structure slightly to make sure it worked well and didn't fall apart.

this is cheap wood and arrived broken, with a bit of glue, works great
good price, when together it looks nice and feels sturdy. mine arrived broken and had to glue and repair a bit, overall worth it for the low price. wood is lightweight and screws will split it.

The tray leaks out the sides. There is no wire mesh bottom to the cage.
The tray leaks out the sides. There is no wire mesh bottom to the cage. I had to add this and it was a real pain. The top has a very weak “locking” hinge that bent the wrong way and does not hold the lid open. It came down on my head and scared my bunny. The “gravel” on top of the lid comes off easily. Did look nice and easy to assemble otherwise. Legs are not very strong though, either.

was easy and I did it myself
You get what you pay for! This hutch is not expensive for a reason. It is not made with very expensive wood but I am not complaining. It was very simple to put together. Suggestion, use a power drill not a screw driver or you WILL have a hard time. I used a power drill, was easy and I did it myself. Went together quick. Pre drilled guide holes, notice I side guide holes. It is not drilled all the way through for a reason. I did go back with extra screws to re-enforce area's I felt are weak, only because I have an escape artist for a bunny. There is no mesh on the bottom of this so you will have to add your own if you want it. We will add our own. I would not put it where the sun beats down on the inside because I am sure the plastic would melt. We put tarp over all our hutches for added protection anyway. Extra hint. Build a ramp and attach, put a little play fence around the hutch and watch your fur buddy have fun. My Tobey had to give up his normal hutch to help save a rescue rabbit that was near death, so we bought him this one. I do not think he is disappointed.
