Straps are to short

It states it's a pair in the description and even had an answered question stating it was a pair. Just recieved mine and there's only a left side. I wouldn't have spent this much money if it was only 1. This is definitely false advertisement and I want my other brace!

Its a good Product and Jeff from MxSouth is a good seller, I will purchase to him again. Great customer service.

First of we bought a pair and only received 1 brace. The brace we did receive is missing some padding and the glue holding it together is already falling. We have purchased EVS before and thought it was a good brand, I guess we were wrong this time. Very disappointed after spending over $500 on a product!!!
