Swerve Sweetener Granular, Brown and Confectioners Baker's Trio - Sugar Substitute, Zero Calorie, Keto Friendly, Zero Sugar, Non-Glycemic, 12oz, 3 Pack

I’ve been searching for an artificial sweetener for baking, and I have found it. All three of these products are fantastic no aftertaste not overly priced no stomach upset. This will be my go to baking artificial sweetener option.

I have tried the granulated, confectionery, and the brown sugar. I use them in baking as well. I promise you you cannot tell the difference from traditional sugar. These are just as good. As many know, I am a finicky Baker and only uses brand names, but after a friend suggested these for more healthy baking and cooking I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly please!! Surprised, I could not tell a difference in any of the these compared to traditional sweeteners! These are a much healthier approach to sweetening foods and baked goods!

I have never liked any artificial sweeteners. Aspartame, sucralose, ect. YUCK! When stevia came out, I thought it was at least edible. A decent substitute for sugar. I was doing some research on a "low glycemic index" diet, and kept noticing this sugar alternative being mentioned, and used in a lot of recipes. I thought, ok, I'll try it! I ordered this 3 pack that comes with one bag of each kind. Granulated, Brown, and Powdered. The next morning after receiving it, I put a couple of spoonfuls of the Brown on my bowl of oatmeal. OMG!! It tasted just like the real thing! All 3 kinds are DELICIOUS! Depending on how you are using it, determines on how much you use. For instance, for making cake frosting, I found that you need to use LESS of the Swerve powdered, than you would regular powdered sugar. If you use the same, it will turn out WAY TOO sweet. So far, I've only used the Brown on my oatmeal. YUM! And the Granular, I sprinkle it on berries, or any fruit that needs a little extra sweetness. ALL of them are SO GOOD with NO weird aftertaste.

This is the only brand I use. I don't get that bad after taste.

i’m someone who could taste the bitterness in all sweeteners except sugar. I was pleasantly surprised but after years of looking for sugar substitute without much calories I found that’s pretty close.I like only the brown sugar part of the trio. The other two taste like erythritol ( slight bitterness and mouth feeling cold). The brown sugar one somehow tastes closer to real brown sugar. The three pack is a better value that is why I bought it but next time I will just buy the brown sugar one and use it instead of regular sugar and baked goods. I made Almond flour brownies with the brown sugar one and you cannot tell that there is no sugar in it. Using it in hot and cold beverages was not that great as I could taste the bitterness. So I use Yacon syrup for coffee and tea ( low glycemic sweetner). Also I’ve noticed that it crystallizes been put in coal desserts. For example I made lemon curd it taste great when it was warm but after a day in the fridge it was gritty because the erythritol crystallized.

I love the product and around where I live, I get it for the best price on Amazon. You can use it like Sugar in a recipe and the brown sugar is the best. I like to have plenty on hand for the holidays. I normally have no problems with shipping. However, the bag of Sugar and the bag it came in was sliced before it was placed in the mailing envelope (it didn't have a slice through it) so it was done before it shipped. AND there are no returns for this product. Really frustrated I'm just out the money due to being shipped a defective product.

Really like it for baking, cooking and just as a sweetener on fruit.
