The other one was completely rotted out, so it was easy to take out. All I had to do was scrape the residue off. I put a little bit of lubricant on this one, and I put it all back together and it works like a charm the handlebars stay nice and steady down no wobbling. Reinstalled was pretty easy too, and it was literally a great part for the money.

This is a perfect replacement for my 91 honda fourtrax top steering bushing. Filled it with silicone grease. Don't know how long that will stay in there but my old bushing was gone

Wasn't too dificult to put on, much easier if you have small hands or another person holding parts so they don't slip down. Steering is now tight like it was when new.
