Size:Pack of 54 Chewy fruity goodies. Small, chewy, fruit-flavored candies that come in pineapple, raspberry, grape, banana and other citrus shapes. First enjoyed in the U.S. in 1920, and a German tradition before that. They’re a lot like gummies, but they’re in a league of their own.

After a year long quest roughly equivalent to the lord of the rings series...
These semi-flavorless plastic lumps are my very favorite candy in the world. I knew, with 100% certainty, every jujubes carrying store in New Orleans. Once upon a time, approximately last year, I was having a bad day. I had been hit by several cars (New Orleans does not have good drivers), and was PMSing like nobodies businesses. I went to New Orlean’s 7 jujubes carrying drug stores. Nothing. I found a jujubes tracker online that said jujubes were near. They were not. I went to every drugstore and box store in New Orleans, Metairie, and Kenner. Jujubes were gone. I cried hysterically in a CVS parking lot. For a while I found a shop that sold jujubes filled cookies. I would buy the cookies and break the jujubes out and eat them. It was an expensive way to get a fix, and the jujubes were too soft after having been baked. My life was in shambles.Thank you. After a year of searching, I finally found real, rock hard, filling ruining jujubes. I feel complete. Don’t you dare ever run out. Really. Wtf will I do then? Eat jujyfruits? Gross. Anyway, thanks!

Nine Individual Boxes Not Sealed
I buy these VERY often. This is the second case that has arrived this way. I am sure that Ferrara Pan received them from Heide that way in master cartons, and had no reason to open individual cases.Glue was applied to 70% of flap, but were never pushed together. With all the laws on sealing consumable product to prevent tampering, it is a wonder why they have not reached this level of packaging.I know this product in not returnable, and we are not able to purchase this locally, I would like it replaced without cost to me.Thank you.

Fungus and mold included at no charge. Not happy!
I loved Jujubes, and I’ve ordered this package of 12 probably five times now. It’s been hit and miss on texture/quality, and I can live with that to an extent... but what I can’t live with is when I feel something fuzzy on my tongue upon consumption, spit it out, flip on the lights to see MOLD on the things. Shortly thereafter, I’m puking my guts out. Time for some serious evaluation of storage and quality control guys and gals of Amazon. I threw the entire package away because I didn’t even want to send them back and risk handling more mold since I found many pieces with fungi. Not good. Not good at all. I have more pics of another piece with mold and who knows how many I actually ate. Makes me sick all over again just thinking about it!

Classic Jujubes at a reasonable price
Jujubes are by far my favorite candy (and have been for long time). Taste wise they are similar to the much more common Jujyfruit candy's except they are smaller, a bit more firm, and have in my opinion have a much bolder flavor.Cost wise, this product on Amazon is a bit more expensive than the price I can find in stores (which for Jujubes is becoming more difficult to find in store).Quality wise, the cases that I have gotten from Amazon have been significantly fresher than boxes that can be bought at a local store. The ones in local stores tend to be extremely hard from age (sometimes to the point where they cannot be eaten), However every box I have gotten from Amazon has been fresh (i.e firm but not teeth shattering hard) which is why I buy Jujubes almost exclusively from here (even though its a 30% markup of the price in my local store). One small negative I will add is that they no longer offer Jujubes shirts for sale on the back of the boxes =(.Overall amazing candy, you cannot go wrong buying from here.

Big Jujube fan
I fell in love with this stuff when I was a kid going to the movies. Things haven't changed. The problem is the manufacturer. A very well known drugstore chain carried the candy, sold in individual boxes. Literally half the time, the boxes on the shelves were improperly sealed and the candy had gotten brittle. Glue problem, I assume. After dealing with this a few times I wrote to the company, explained the problem and assumed they would fix it. They sent me a nice letter saying that one batch had this problem, they said they fixed it and enclosed a coupon for a free box. Sweet! Only they did not fix it, it continued for a long time. They lied to me; I really hate being lied to. Of course every time I bought some, I made sure the the flaps were glued tight. So far I have had no problem with the seals on candy bought through Amazon. So far.

Usually GREAT, this time not so much!
This is the 3ed set I purchased from this particular spot. Previous purchases through other vendors were horrible and I stopped trying, but then I saw this and couldn't resist! The first two sets were PERFECT! This one, however, not so much so. 6 of the boxes were open and all of them included jujubes that were misshapen or mixed colors. There were quite a few in the open boxes that were, understandably but still disappointingly stale. All of the boxes also contained at least one piece of Jujyfruits candy. While I do not mind those candies, they are not what are supposed to be in these boxes.

Best Candy in the world, but hard to find
Jujubes are my childhood favorite candy. It used to be that you could find them in nearly every supermarket, drugstore, gas station or minimart. I think that was when they were manufactured by Heide. A few years ago, they began to disappear from all the usual stores, even though they are still made. Although the Heide sub-brand still exists, the company was bought in 2012 by Ferrara, and the candy is now manufactured in Mexico and much harder to find. Along with Jujyfruits, Heide's other gummy candy, which is a bit easier to find. I love the texture and the flavor of these very simple candies, and have fond memories of eating large boxfuls in the theater as a little girl. Nothing special, but if you love them like I do, this is a great place to find them as they seem to have all but disappeared in retail stores in the US where I've looked.

Just like I remember them
I love jujubes and it is getting harder and harder to find these in stores. These are exactly as I remember them from when I was a kid. They are fairly firm unless they happen to be on the warmer side, but I like this because it means they last longer. It does give me a bit of a jaw ache if I eat too many from trying to chew them but I find them strangely addictive event considering how mild they are in taste. Interestingly, my kids were not big fans. Jujube lovers will be very happy with this.
