I bought this product 6 times over the last year or so. Always the best quality compared to other Bottarga products that we also tried. We always come back to this company. Even when there is an issue with shipping, they rush to fix it to keep happy customers. The best tasting Bottarga you can find anywhere in the world..

We use it as a snack with drinks - cut thin slices. Put thin garlic slices on top and sprinkle a little of olive oil.my husband also likes to grate it over pasta.

My wife likes the best of any she has tried, and we have visited the town in Sardinia that is famous for bottarga. The problem is that she eats it as a snack and it is expensive. I cook with some of the ones that she isn't as fond of, because those stay around longer. Great stuff.

It is one of the bottargas I have head. Not only it's spreadable, but the flavor is intense, without being bitter and salty. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious, soft and fresh, my husband and I like to eat it thinly sliced with a glass of wine.

My husband and I enjoyed it. It might need longer drying time as it was still soft.
