The only thing that helped!
I was sad to have to put my dog on such a restrictive diet. While I'm sure he'd rather being eating meat, he hasn't gotten bored of this like I thought he would. He had chronic pancreatitis and IBD. He seemed like he was dying. This is the first food where he doesnt get sick from eating. Hes finally gaining weight and acting normal! We will use it while we try introducing one new food at a time.

Dog likes it and does not cause GI upset
My dog likes the product and does not cause her to have diarrhea as other foods do. Why this food is prescription I have no idea.

Good product but overpriced
Great product but its overpriced. Hills takes advantage of animals . No dog food with no medicine in it shoukd be the price they are charging. Also its just soy based.

Expensive
My 13 year old Maltipoo has Pancreatitis and must be on a special diet. This dog food has kept her healthy and she seems to like it (she has always been a picky eater). She has been on it for about 4 months now, but it is so expensive for a retired lady. I’m 85 and I love her so if it keeps her healthy, so be it. It is pretty firm in the can and must be cut up for her but that is only a small downside. I certainly recommend it for a low fat diet.

Good foods for dogs with GI issues
5 star food but not happy I paid nearly $50 for a case of cans and 1 of the cans was smashed open!

Vet's suggestion for dog's gastro issues
I chop up the food because it is one solid piece. My dog likes it added to dry kibble (same perscription).

Expensive
The price us quite high. For canned food it's quite dry.
