As an arthritis sufferer for 15 years, this has helped with the lower back and hip pain. There is a noticeable and dramatic reduction. The 4 stars is because of my ability to build up a tolerance to pain meds and supplements very quickly. I have found if I rotate between a prescription and an OTC every 3 months, I am able to keep my pain down to a lower more manageable level. I Take one capsule in the morning with breakfast, and the 2nd with dinner. This is going into the rotation so I will buy again.

Purchased this and fish oil to take together hoping for anti-inflamatory properties to help with my chronic hives. It has been life changing! I generally Juice fresh tumeric with added black pepper and a bit of fat such as coconut oil for best results. But when I saw this had the pepper in I thought I would give it a try. Still on the fence as to how effective it is but then again often times it takes a couple of months or so to see the benefits when trying new items. I may just need another month or two to reap the benefits due to being older.

This product has really been helpful in reducing the arthritis pain in my knees. I take two capsules every morning.
