I’ve been trying MDr. Christianson RS Complete and appreciate how it helps keep me full without making me feel bloated. The organic green banana flour adds a nice touch, and I love that it’s non-GMO and dairy-free. It’s been a helpful addition to my diet, making it easier to manage my cravings throughout the day.

This is a great RS product! It mixes easily in waster, doesn’t have any taste, and is at a good price point. LOVE IT!!!

I am using the product after seeing a write up in Women's World on the benefits of Metabolic Resistant Startch. This brand was suggested since the Doctor had done the diet and research. I bought this to help with weight loss and to help my stomach issues. I have seen a great improvement within 2-3 days of use. Now used almost a week. Before, If I ate carbs, certain veggies/fruits, a big meal, etc.... I would get stomach bloating and bathroom issues within 30 minutes. It appeared I had symptoms of IBS or leaky gut even. NOW - I have eaten out twice, and not issues at all. I eat at home and have seen no issues. IT appears to be really helping. I have not weight yet, but it appears my bloating is somewhat diminished. I look forward to long term results.

I have been looking for a resistant starch that mixes easily, like in coffee…FOUND IT! Can you tell how happy this stuff makes me! The last starch I tried congealed my coffee into sludgy goop. I’m so impressed!

This has no taste and supplies a large portion of the resistant starch needed daily to reset and/or maintain a healthy metabolism as explained in Dr Christianson's book.My first reset, and I've lost almost 20 lbs in a month and more importantly, 2 1/2 inches off my waist!I had previously tried intermittent fasting, Atkins, Keto, and more recently phentermine. All failed. I haven't been below 250 in over 6 years! Now I am 248 and waiting the suggested 2 weeks until I begin another month of reset diet.

I’m not happy with the cellulose that is in the ingredients. I did not see that when I purchased this product. Also, this product is not eligible for return. Won’t be purchasing this again. Do your research people.

Seems to help with sleeping. I have it in the morning. I mix it with my oatmeal some days.
