Works well and is a cheaper alternative than the tape I get from my Dr. This tape helped me tremendously when I was pregnant, taping up my belly and my back for support

When applied correctly it lasts for several days (even after swimming). I can finally do more activities with my knees taped. Thank you for a great product.

I use this product for mouth taping to keep me breathing through my nose at night. Product comes with lines to make it easy to cut. I find 8 stripped sections is enough to cover my mouth completely. I had used a product for mouth taping that was just too small. Kept falling off. This stays secure all night and is made from the same mesh as the smaller mouth tapes that is stretchable and easy to remove in morning. This roll will last me quite some time… and it’s very affordable.

I just got it today so I can't speak to much less than that it seems to be a great alternative to KT brand tape... I'll update if it doesn't hold up. The biggest problem is in the fact that the smell is HORRENDOUS. I've got some on my arm and if I put it anywhere near my face, the scent actually burns my nostrils and almost makes my eyes tear up. Ozium to the rescue though 😂

I purchased a roll to see how it compared with KT Tape and was hoping that for the price it at least performed at about the same standard of the big name brand. I have to say that I was completely blown away by how good this product performed. The Body Sport Physio Tape OUT PERFORMED the standard KT Tape by a mile! With KT Tape, I was lucky to have it stick for more than two hours of just walking around. Body Sport stuck for over two days of training and after showers stayed in place. I am absolutely a repeat customer for this product!

I've been taping my knee for several years on my PT's recommendation and tried many brands. This one sticks better than any of the others. I usually hope to get about four days from one taping, but this lasts so long I have be careful removing it (to give my skin a break for a day or two) because it's still stuck so firmly. It's also much cheaper than the kind I'd been using before, which is fantastic. It performs just as well as other brands in supporting my patella. I'm looking forward to trying the other colors, though I wish it came in even more colors.

I ordered this large size tape bc the smaller size worked wonderfully. But.. While using this particular sized roll, My skin was instantly irritated. I broke out in a rash on my arms & knees. After removing the tape, it left small sores on my arm & knees. I had to immediately discontinue use. I would like a refund for this item but it seems Ive missed the return date by 9 days. So ive wasted over $40. Just seems strange bc the smaller & less expensive roll of this same brand of tape didnt bother my skin at all. Sure would be nice to be refunded my money & sent a complimentary roll of the smaller size as a good will gesture.

didnt love this brand. a little thin and the adhesive didn't really stick as well as I would have liked.
