A nescesity for laying LVT
I can't see how I'd have managed to lay my laminate flooring without this tool, and this tool proved to be more than study enough for the job.I was laying LVT flooring i.e. 5mm thin boards of plastic material made to look like wood flooring with click joints on all sides. This tool enables boards to be laid next to the wall in tight places such as under a radiator. Boards can be "pulled" into position with a few hits of a mallet. TIP: make sure the opposite wall has spacers fitted into the expansion gap to prevent planks moving out of alignment.The tool has felt to prevent damaging the surface of the planks being laid. I glued more to the face that connects with the side of the plank being "pulled". This increases the thickness to about 6mm. In my case the required expansion gap was 8mm, but if the gap was much less it may be a tight fit as you initially need the gap width plus the with of the click fitting.I never needed to hit the bar excessively hard with my mallet, but I didn't get the feeling that it would have bent if I had needed to.

Very substantial pull bar. Great for laminate or LVT Vinyl plank flooring.
This is a very substantial pull bar. A bit expensive perhaps but a must have item if you are planning on fitting laminate or vinyl floor planks. Would defo recommend.
