I got the try these sauces with pasta and I really like them. You can really taste the truffle flavor in all of them. The size is perfect for 2 people for each can. I'm very satisfied with this product and I'll buy more for sure.

I have purchased these individually in the full size many times. It's a great product. This unfortunately is half the size of a normal sized can at basically the same price. Not worth the price. Buy the full sized can.

I consider buying these cans an indulgence because one can is only enough for two people or two meals - you can only dilute it so much before the intensity of the truffle flavor is lost. I usually add some heavy cream and some sauteed mushrooms to stretch the sauce so I can get four meals out of it. It is delicious but the cost is a bit high for what is essentially concentrated truffle flavor.

The cans are small, but the flavors are strong; for pasta, the each can's sauce can be extended with 1-2 Tbs. cream or wine, or even olive oil, or pasta water. Each can will thus dress enough pasta for two people (about 6 oz. dry) and the flavor will still be strong. I made a second order and started with the white truffle sauce on rice -- to die for! %This was one of the most wonderful things I have eaten this summer. These sauces should also be enjoyed as meat or fish sauce. I have tried and enjoyed many of Urbani's offerings, and I have never been disappointed.

I first found out about Urbani Truffles in Boston at a Italian specialty market and I fell in love!!! Their sauces are perfect for anything, cooking or using it as a dip. I"d recommend heating it up if using just as a dip. The great thing about this pack is you get three different flavors so you can find out which one you like before spending more money!! Love this brand and highly recommend!

I dislike white truffles because of the garlicky aroma, so made a dinner for my spouse with the white sauce. He liked it. It had a very distinctive odor. Tonight I made a dish intended for both of us with the black truffle sauce. Open opening it, I smelled that same odor as in the white sauce. Very odd. Reading ingredients, both sauces have mushrooms more than truffle, btw. But both had "truffle flavor" in addition to "truffle breakings." Whatever THAT flavor is, I find it disagreeable reminiscent of white truffle. I had butter and parmesan on my pasta. We are going to discard the pesto can or leave it at a food bank. The thing is, I LOVE BLACK TRUFFLE. My favorite Paris restaurant is La Truffiere. That's where I sampled white and black truffles including shaved truffle and learned my preferences. Whatever is in these cans, if you like the taste, great. If you wonder what's in there, you are not alone. Do not recommend at any price.

I really enjoyed trying these 3 truffle sauce. The portion is perfect to make pasta for 2 people. Super easy to use: you just add the sauce over the pasta once cooked and mix. I love the easy-open lid. I guess you can use them also with other dishes like eggs but honestly I only tried them on pasta and I loved it. Strongly recommended if you want to try some great truffle sauce.
