I have not had a chance to use this tool yet but have had several similar in the past. Just by trying this from the comfort of my lounge I feel that it is about the best that I have used, not loose on the blades firm to use but not hard to open and place pellet in ready to band. I am looking forward to using it soon.

Having returned to fishing after a 30year break I was somewhat dismissive and confused by these modern rigs and set-ups. Having decided I wasn't going to use maggots in my new fishing life I bought a bag of pellets and looked at them with suspicious eyes. Surely this wouldn't work.....I had no idea how to put these things on a hook. Then my son demonstrated this bait banding tool and and wow everything was so simple. So many thanks guys - it's a superb bit of kit that works really well.

I bought this tool for its simplicity and ease. It's a great tool and does exactly what it says on the tin. It has made pellet banding for me so much easier especially onto smaller hooks. Very sturdy tool. Excellent buy. Well worth the money.

Really handy piece of kit just a bit fiddly for me as I have quite larger hands and thumbs
