Solid solid beefy carrier
This thing is super solid. Really really solid. Got tons of faith in this carrier.Had another brand that dropped my dirtbike on the highway last year. One of those with rails and cross bars like a small ladder you pull up on. Hard to load as you had to roll up over the cross bars. This one is massive thick metal. Solid roll surface. The tire chalk works well. The extra extension on each side are great for tire down points.Be aware, it's super heavy. I'm a big guy and it's really hard to put on and off myself. Possible but hard. I'd expect most people can't do it one person.

Almost Perfect
With a couple easy changes this is a pretty cool carrier. One things that isn't really highlighted that should be is the fact that this is rather modular. You can pick if the ramp is mounted behind or in front of the bike, you can pick which side you load/unload as well. This was important to me because I chose to put the ramp between the bike and the vehicle so I could mount an LED light strip with brake/turn/reverse lights since these get blocked by the bike when it's on the carrier.Good:Fairly pricedLong 6 foot rampModular and adjustable to many bikesBad:SlipperyAnti rattle/sway adapter is junkThings I did to make this better that you might want to do too:1. The carrier and the ramp have zero traction. If your bike happens to drip oil, fuel or has cold tires it's sliding right down with nothing you can do to stop it. I bought some 6" grip tape to use on the ramp and the carrier itself to help prevent the tires from sliding around and make it easier to load and unload.2. There is some thin, black, foam packaging that comes in the box. I kept this and cut two strips to put under the ramp when it's stowed to help dampen any vibrations and noises. Some adhesive rubber pads would probably be better and last longer, but this is already included.3. I was not a fan of the way the wheel lock pivots. It is just bolted on and metal to metal. I got some cheap nylon washers to help prevent metal on metal rotating and wearing down the paint. It works as is and this isn't needed, I just didn't like it.4. All the bolts come with nylon lock nuts, I still used a bit of thread locker on all of the bolts for extea peace of mind.5. The anti rattle/sway thing that it comes with is honestly kind of horrible. Spend 15 extra dollars and get a better one .6. As mentioned above, I added an LED strip with running/brake/turn/reverse lights. Super easy to do and plugs into a trailer harness so hopefully no one plows into whatever you are carrying.

Great carrier with 2 simple fixes
Purchased Oct. 2019 but hadn't had an opportunity to test out till now June 2020. I've always carried my motorcycles in the bed of the truck but as everyone knows on most truck beds its almost a 2 person job unless you have a big ramp that takes up a lot of space. So I came across the motorcycle hitch carrier, and as everyone was a bit skeptical because of the way it carries your expensive toy. As most I did my research online and had I'd say a 50/50 pro and con of them. I ran into a few track riders that had them and asked what they thought, and most were nothing but positive things about them. So I pulled the trigger on this one. I'd like to give it a full 5 stars but a few things caught my eye, #1 the tie down hooks or rather loops are welded but the material guage looks a bit thin for the amount of force and weight its dealing with. Mine held up on a 532 mile round trip but it was in my rear view always wondering if the welds will hold up, #2 and my biggest concern was the anti rattle lock, it uses a block with 4 what appear to be maybe grade 5 or lower bolts that kept backing out and caused the bike to sway a lot which caused a few pucker moments lol. Overall it held up on the trip and much easier job loading and unloading by yourself. In my opinion if a sturdy eye bolt and a better anti rattle lock were used this would be 5 star! Dont let my 3 star ranking deter you from purchasing, for the price and with 2 simple modifications which I will be doing and you have yourself a 5 star hitch carrier!!

10 out of 10 recommend!
The carrier I received looked and felt high quality. The welds were clean and the paint finish was even and smooth. Like other reviews mention I but some traction tape on the surfaces because it is very smooth. The tow hitch om my Hyundai Santa Cruz is only 10 inches off the ground and the ramp provided is almost as long as the carrier itself so it was a very gradual incline. If your tow hitch is as low as mine the traction tape wasn't necessary but highly recommended if your vehicle is lifted. You can assemble this alone it took me about 40min. The instructions aren't great and doesn't specify which length bolts go where but if you lay them all out its pretty intuitive. If you can assemble IKEA furniture this will be easy for you.I was nervous about the ground clearance once I loaded the bike that it might scrape on the ground but after loading it up the bottom of the carrier was still about 8 inches off the ground. (KTM Duke 200 is about 300 lbs) I picked the bike up from the dealer over 100 miles away and brought it back over speed bumps, freeway, and horrible AZ roads. It never touched the ground once. The tire cradle is nice and gives you plenty of support to balance the bike with one hand and get your tie downs in place with the other. If you high a lighter bike this is definitely the way to go! I don't have any room in my garage to store a trailer but this thing stores nicely against the wall when it's not needed. If you're considering this product then hit "buy now" the quality for the price will make transporting your bike so easy! Best Amazon purchase I've made in a long time!
