Good Tea, but Kadak name in the Product Name Heading is creating Confusion.
" Octavius Premium Assam CTC Chai | Strong Kadak Granulated Premium Black Tea - 1Kg " .......Why is " Strong Kadak Granulated Premium Black " is added at end,you have an different listing for " Octavius Kadak Assam CTC Chai ".I ordered for 2 " Octavius Premium Assam CTC Chai " & instead I received " Octavius Kadak Assam CTC Chai " & the product is not returnable ,so I end up taking to Customer Care & they end up saying that I have received the correct product & one has to upload Photo of the Product received & wait for resolution from the Customer Care. This confusion is because of the " Strong Kadak Granulated Premium Black Tea " being added in the Product name ,Please remove this from the heading of the Product & only keep the name " Octavius Premium Assam CTC Chai " for proper clarity. Hope ! other Customers wouldn't have to get an Wrong product.

Just recvd. Tried . Did not fully enjoy.
The grains were a bit small for my expectation. The colour of the brew was very dark and rich but seriously lacks the flavour and strength of typical assam .Is this a blended tea ?

Feel very satisfied with the product , in my 1st purchase. But , in the second time, damaged product received (see the snap) , DAMAGED BY RATS & COVERED BY SELLOTAPE.
