The Chia Seed Oil Capsules are the best and this is my 2nd order and the help me with my blood circulation, its a great product you have nothing to loose and good circulation to gain.

I love chia oil. I have been using for omega-3 instead of fish oil which can upset your stomach. I love the health benefits and not having to deal with the granular chia is a plus.

Easy to digest

Will buy again. I take this with other supplements for joint pain. Don't know how it does just on its own, but will continue to take.

I’ve only taken for a few days, so haven’t really noticed anything. I should know or feel something within a week or so. I hope! I Bought for energy and pain I bought two bottles so if it take a month for it to kick in I have the second bottle to continue with.!

I bought this because I was transitioning to a vegan diet and needed an Omega 3 supplement. It works great!
