These dinners are easy to prepare in about 1-1 1/2 minutes in the microwave. They are good portion control and I found the Turkey Bean Chili to be the best meal in the set! That I'm going to order again by itself because it tastes much better than a canned chili. These are easy to keep on hand in your pantry or cupboards and make meals available and on hand all the time without any need to take up refrigerator or freezer space! Most of these meals are better if you have a veggie side dish! But with the Turkey Bean Chili all I need is some tortilla chips and some sour cream! Yum!~The Rebecca Review

I like everything about these meals! They are everything that taste like Nutrisystem foods but less money ! These are good to go but cheaper! And lots of flavor, will be buying more

I accept that small portions are required when creating diet meals, but I think the portions could be a bit bigger or something added to increase volume. The flavors are a bit bland. I like that no refrigeration is required, and they cook quickly and clean in the microwave at work. Also, they are a bit high in sodium. You may be able to get a better-tasting frozen entre at a lower price in the supermarket if you are willing to pay 50 more calories.

These trays of a small amount of food don’t taste good. They are overrated.

Did not receive the varieties advertised. Small portions. Poor taste. Too much salt. Not worth the money.

I first used these packaged meals about 10 yrs as part of a hospital run weight-loss program. Because it's a low calorie, high protein diet, an onsite doctor was used to monitor our weight and vitals. I lost 30+ lbs in 6 mos, and felt much better in the process. I started eating the HMR food again on my own to lose some 15-20 pounds and it's working well. I use it along with their breakfast cereal on Mon, Wed, and Friday, and eat normal meals on the other days of the week. It is a bit pricey which is one reason I don't eat it for every meal.

I've been shopping around for pre-made meals for some time now. I live alone and have no appetite for spending too much time on meal preparation and clean-up. I, also, need to loose weight and my self-control is wanting when it comes to food.Although there are some excellent meal services out there, none of them fit my needs: too much cooking required, ackward preparation methods, too many calories, not enough variety, and so on. Some of them were very good for weight maintenance but not for shedding weight. Others were too bulky for my limited capacity freezer.Tnem I chanced upon HMR prepackaged meals. Wow! Tasty, great variety, little preparation time (one minute in the microwave, thank you), and no clean up! If you need additional bulk, you can augment them with low-carb sides: grilled zucchini or bell peppers, steamed broccoli flowerlets, cauliflower mash (four minutes in microwave, just like spuds).I've been ordering regularly since that first order. I've already lost 10 lbs and I hope these meals help to keep the pounds off. And wouldn't that be nice!
