Pacon 2650 Newsprint Handwriting Paper, Picture Story, 7/8" x 7/16" Ruled 9" x 12", Ruled Short, 500 Sheets

With 2020 being a....different year and kids being home more this is a great addition to normal lined paper. It really allows kids to be creative and work on sight and small words. Reasonably priced and durable enough for younger kids to scribble on. Would buy again!

Misunderstood the “newsprint” description of this paper. It is the really thin greyish paper. Its so difficult for little guys to use. It rips easily and erasing is a nightmare resulting in holes. Nothing against the company or seller. Just not what I wanted for my students.

Picture/story writing. Cut it in halves and placed cardstock on front and back, stapled together and used as handwriting notebooks. This is actually my second order of this paper. It is the best paper online or in store that I've bought.

Paper is very thin, like markers easily bleed through. As long as you use crayons or something similar it works perfectly for little hands to practice writing and drawing!

These are great for my creative burgeoning kindergarten writer. I find I can get him to write more if he knows that he can draw a picture after. Quality of the paper is ok. Tends to rip easily but the price and the amount makes that a non issue for me. I use these for practice writing of Dolch site words and creative writing for homeschool.

Love this paper for my kinder writers. We use it in journals and loose leaf. Lines are clear and visible and the draw box is generous. Wish I could buy a whole box of this!

We use these in the Montessori classroom to encourage young children to think about their drawing and articulate it in writing, either through tracing the letters a teacher writes for them, or by writing phonetically about their picture, independent of a teacher. I use these at home with my two little and they LOVE writing stories and stapling them together! One pack lasts a really long time - and the sheets are double-sided!
