Worth it
I didn't know this was coming straight from Italy, so, WOW!! The grater works very well, putting a fine shred over whatever your heart desires. The cheese is very mellow and subtle in flavor, yet creamy and pairs well with the pasta I put it on. Shipping was super fast. It arrived on my birthday, so it made me feel even more special to be able to use it on my birthday dinner.

Un useable on arrival
Totally ruined on arrival due to excess heat and melted ice packs. Only order in winter.

Great quality and taste.
Very high-quality cheese. You can use it on just about anything. Try it with a little olive oil fresh bread dipping sauce. Fantastic!
