Excellent frying pan
It heats evenly and is very easy to wash. It is just like the one that we already had.

Very nice nonstick addition...
I have the stainless steel Cristel Strate 13 piece set but wanted a nonstick pan for eggs and fish. This pan has been a wonderful addition. Not too small, not too big, but just right. I use silicone utensils only and keep the husband and adult kids away from the pan. It cooks evenly and I've not had to add any oils. I have mostly washed it by hand, but when it has been in the dishwasher, it has cleaned up nicely. Another great Cristel cookware piece!

Pans..nothing sticks...even heat distribution....LOVE LOVE the removable handles.

Expensive but worth it - very high quality
Although it is possible to find a small nonstick pan at 1/10 the price of this one, this is a high quality product and worth the money. It's a small pan perfect for eggs, sausages or sautéed side dishes. It has a heavy-weight bonded base and can even be used on induction stovetops. The nonstick coating seems very robust and unlike many such coatings, can be put through the dishwasher without worry. The handle is detachable but quite secure when in place. Should last a long time. I like it and will look for other pieces from the collection.
