I purchased this for my renovated bathroom and they look adorable and match perfectly. As I only needed one bottle of soap, I removed the pump from the second bottle and put a few small plant stems.The first pump didn’t work at all for soap, even after 20 minutes of trying. No problem as I had the spare pump from the bottle with the stems. Guess what? It didn’t work either.I’m not an idiot, and this wasn’t user error. 2 pumps, 2 bottles, neither worked.Luckily, I saw a soap bottle at home goods that had a gold dispenser which luckily fit this bottle. Now it’s useful.If I hadn’t found the cheap one from home goods I’d have been stuck with two lovely looking useless bottles on my sink.I gave it 3 stars because it is pretty.

Super cute. However, the pump did NOT work. I replaced it with a straw of the same length and now it works perfectly (a pink one so it goes with it). It had a vinegar type smell. Wiped it down with a disinfectant wipe and took the smell away. Other than that, I'm pleased with it.

Look pretty and stylish but sadly one of the pumps doesn’t work I have to replace it with another pump which works but it’s copper and doesn’t match with this gold set.

Very pretty and they look like just like the picture the only problem that I had when I put the soap on it doesn't pump efficiently it has to be very liquidy in order to pump.

The first pump worked for one week and the second never worked now both have soap in them that can not be dispensed. What a disappointment!

Product was a complete mess!!!! It apparently was previously used, still had dish detergent in it which spilled out of the bottle & was everywhere!! Gold caddy is corroded from the detergent. A HOT MESS!!!!

Even when it was new, it never really worked. I put it in my kitchen, one with hand soap and one with dish soap. At first I thought that it was too thick so that’s why the pump wouldn’t pull the soap up. I watered both soaps down (several times) and they still don’t work. Either they don’t pull anything at all which then causes me to flip them upside down to get something through the pump (which then causes it to shoot so hard that it usually skips the entire countertop and lands on my shirt). Don’t know if I got a faulty one but definitely cannot recommend since neither dispenser really worked. A $1 pump soap from your local store works way better than this.

The bottle holder came somewhat tarnished - almost as if the gold had chipped off in certain areas. I didn't want to go through the hassle of a return so I convinced myself that it didn't look that bad. I also held off on writing a negative review. However, it's been a month since I had it and it looks even worse now. Should have returned it when I could have! Do not buy. You get what you pay for!

After a month use, the top is corroded and unglued from the cap. Poor quality. A shame when your attempt is to reduce your plastic consumption with a reusable bottle and it only lasts a month.

Used one for soap and one for lotion. I use a generic liquid handsoap — not very thick, but not super runny. It worked for about 3 days and then stopped dispensing soap. The lotion still worked for a few more days, but then stopped before the week was up. I tried removing the pumps and cleaning out (just in case) as well as flipping the tubes that go into the soap/lotion in case that would help.Nothing. I've had to leave the tops unscrewed so I can drizzle the soap onto my hands until I get another dispenser (which I won't be getting from Amazon; I feel like everything I've been purchasing on Amazon this past year has been super hit or miss — mostly misses). :(

This set was purchased in February for my washroom. The gold on the pump is no longer there and the holder has rusted and I have to constantly clean that mess from the counter. Also, in order to use the soap and lotion in the bottles, we have to open and pour out as the pump dispenser does not work. Sadly, I missed the return window so this will be tossed and money wasted! It is pretty when new but loses value once it’s used. I do not recommend this product!
