Doesn’t come with wall cords but as described

Phones are not shipped with multiplatform firmware

Hope it works well but did not come with a power cable.

These phones had some minor scratches, as is to be expected with renewed products, but they work great with our VoIP provider. Set up and provisioning was simple. **I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.** I purchased from a different seller, and those phones did not work. Neither my VoIP provider, Cisco, nor our IT guy could get them to work. I requested a refund and shipped the products back and am still waiting to see if we get our refund. Buyer beware!

Everything was wrapped and boxes and in refurbished condition. Very pleased.
