Careful when mixing!
When I opened my first gallon I dripped my drill attached mixer into the bucket and started slow. About mid-way deep, I hit what felt like a thick layer. Continuing to stir and noticed there were large chunks floating around. I could tell this wasn't normal as these pieces were too large to apply to any surface.Opened another can and felt around with a stir stick. Sure enough, there was a thick layer that appeared to be solid. I plucked it out before mixing and found a much better result. A smooth mix with small beads floating around.Application was easy with the textured roller and the finished result is awesome. Durable and very slip resistant.

Great product for a DIY bedliner paint job
I used the dark gray to roll on and paint my Chevy K10. The texture is exactly as I imagined (not bad at all, but not as clean as the bronco in the product photos). Hereโs a few lessons learned to help anybody else trying a project like this.1: buy a paint stirrer to use with an electric drill (I stirred for 10mins when I first cracked the can, and then a few minutes after reopening.2: This stuff cured fast, so just pour and paint a panel at a time.3: Wear gloves. This stuff is sticky and wonโt wash off easy (or hard).4: Use Xylene on a cloth to wipe down/prep surface. Other have mentioned this, but I think a lot of people who wrote negative reviews donโt sand down their surfaces and/or donโt clean before applying.5: not a lesson, so much as an FYI to help you figure how much to order: I painted almost all of my longbed single cab with 1 gallon. I bought 2, but probably could have gotten away with 1 gallon and the smaller amount (quart or half gallon).

Great Product!
This is one of the best if not the best product available for this use case. The fact that the Navy uses this product should be a statement. Thankful for you guys.

Durability / cosmetic
Ok....I purchased a gallon of this product to coat the bed of my classic Elcamino....First off I wanted white as white I could get to match paint color .. The first coat did not hide cosmetic dark spots..not real dark but it did require a 2nd coat...1 gallon did not cover the 2nd coat so I had to wait for another gallon to arrive a week later...applied 2nd coat after it arrived this coat covered cosmetic blemishes and achieved the look I was hoping for..it dried with a semi gloss white color that you could not look at in the hot sun..looks way better then the bare factory bed...in my opinion....also used it on the plastic nose of the car to cover body work where the nose was broken..two Coates did achieve the coverage I was looking for as well as providing more stability to the plastic...This product drys to touch in less then 45 minutes..that created a sense of ergency getting the job done...I didn't care for that but the finished product looks good...oh and forget about having left over coating...the minute you open that can the. Curing process starts...and it hardened to non usable pretty quick...Good stuff for my application but wasn't easy to apply...

Work time very short
The work time is very short. Plus the can I received, when I opened it . It seemed to be very thick and very hard to mix up. Maybe I gotten a bad batch. I followed the instructions to the T , and it didn't come out to bad. But the very next day I had rust spots popping up on the Fenders I coated. I did sand and applied automotive Primer before coating it. But overall I have to give it 3 stars.

Great product. Easy application
I followed the directions given and it went on easily with a really good amount of texture. If you apply with a brush I recommend a medium stiffness of bristles also, keep in mind that it goes on thicker with the brush than it does with the roller. I would also recommend that every few minutes stir the product that is in your roller pan as to maintain even texture distribution. Follow directions, use the xylene as recommend. We use the little truck on our crawfish farm and this coating is perfect for what we do because we don't worry about scuffs and scratches in the field. They are inevitable...

Good stuff but make sure u order what u need color differences
I ordered a gallon of dark grey textured for my boat but ran out half way through i figured no problem i can just hit the handy-dandy reorder button but when i received my second can it was a different color i contacted the seller and they send me another can but i had to redo everything i had done and to be honest i liked the darker gray better but at least they tried to make it right and it seems like good stuff
