This makes the workbook useless as a study tool. To make matters worse, there is no way (at least none that I have yet found) to obtain the answers from the Cengage/Delmar website (which is also useless). The customer support on the Cengage/Delmar website is convoluted and seems designed to deter anyone from using it. I have been unable to reach customer support by phone. I highly recommend avoiding the purchase of this workbook if you intend to use it as a study tool. I will avoid purchasing any future items from Cengage/Delmar, even if required by a course instructor. I give this product a one star rating only because I can not give it zero stars. Production of a college level workbook without an answer key is ridiculous. Review: Completely unhelpful without an answer key - There’s nothing worse than doing a bunch of work and not being able to check if your answers are correct or not. There’s absolutely no answer key in this book and because of that, it’s worthless. This concept is far too complicated for there to be no guidance. Also, the cost of this book just to not be able to use it effectively? Complete rubbish. Wish the seller warned about that part. Returning is such a hassle.
