Good book to have for pre op gastric sleeve. Gives good info for what to expect. Much of which I did get from my doctor about the procedure. It gives good recipes with nutritional value. Recipes are not difficult to make. Tells what to expect food wise for each phase of foods that you can and can't eat. Also some q&a of what to expect going they the process. Would recommend this book. Great help

I did not really care for this book, there are many better recipes readily available online, same with the info provided. The recipes are basic recipes, nothing exciting. Not one single picture representing any of the recipes provided, what kind of a cookbook is it if you can not show off one dish and/or make it appetizing for the user.

Not as good as I thought it would be as far as recipes. I feel like they’re all very simple and I was looking for like meals for family that would still hit what I need. But the book is very useful still and gives you advice on what to eat in a certain stage and than recipes for that stage. Still a must have.

Love the recipes. Just wish there were serving size info to go with the Nutritional Information, as well as some pictures.

Incredible over all data that I wish I would have had in the specific start of my sleeve venture! The assortment of formulas are extraordinary! I would prescribe this book to anybody I realize will's identity having sleeve medical procedure. Well done!

I had gastric sleeve surgery in 2017 & I have gained 20lbs. I was looking for recipes that would help me lose the weight. This is not the book in my opinion. A lot of recipes with loads of carbs.

So many great recipes! Havent had surgery yet but I'm starting these now! Cant wait!
