Autoglym Polar Seal 1L Snow Foam

I bought all three steps, Polar Blast, Polar Wash and Polar Seal and I’m so impressed. I made up the Polar Seal as directed - 4 cap fulls or 40ml of product mixed with 200ml of water and to be honest I could have done two cars. I ended up going around my car 2-3 times with the Polar Seal until it was all gone then I left it for about two minutes and washed it off. I used it all over the car including the windows despite the directions saying to avoid the windows and you could instantly see the water beading off. I went straight in with microfibre drying cloths and I can honestly say my car wasn’t even this shiny when I picked it up from the showroom. I don’t think the photo does it justice because once I’d dried it all it was such a high gloss shine that it looked like my car had a glass coating. I’ve purchased a lot of Autoglym products and been happy with all of them. If you love detailing your car as I do then I highly recommend Autoglym products but especially Polar Seal because having tried other products this is by far the best and the easiest to use. No effort needed whatsoever. It also smells gorgeous which is a bonus. Nine days later and a lot of rain and dust my car still looks really clean and shiny. I just waved the jet wash over it quickly (just water) and the road dirt and dust came off and it was back to being shiny again. I don’t know how long it’ll last but I’ll be washing it again at the weekend so I reckon you’re good for at least two weeks or more if you use this. I watched a video that said if you use the Polar Seal over four washes (4-6 weeks) it’ll have built up a layer so you then only have to use it once a month. I know now I can probably use only 20ml of product and 100ml of water and it’ll be enough for my car. Also, I have been driving in the rain a lot and the water is just beading off my windscreen it’s amazing. My brother tried it and said he’s always had problems with his windscreen looking marked and a bit dirty especially when he’s had his wipers on but he used this and his windscreen is so clear, no more marks, he said it’s like driving a new car. I can’t recommend this highly enough. If you get it you won’t be disappointed.

It's brilliant. That's all you need to know. Just brilliant and very easy to use. Do your Polar Blast then your Polar Wash, add this and then finish with the instadry cloth. You don't need to use very much, a whole bottle is going to last a very long time. The Polar Seal sprays a waxy coating via your jet washer. You see it going on (Just avoid spraying directly onto the windscreen in particular). Leaves a lovely bead straight away but you do need to wipe it down after applying. I used the Autoglym Instadry cloth....(yes, it's expensive but, oh my, it works amazingly well!).

I bought this in 2021! It's just run out, granted I don't always use it, but it's been used pretty regularly, I even watered down the last bit even more because I forgot I ran out!! It's great stuff, it lasts, it looks good, it's easy to use and a little bit goes a long way! Whoever said this bottle did one side of their car, sorry, you did it wrong, very wrong, a single capful does my whole car, twice! Highly recommended, it's got so many good reviews for a reason! I'm buying more right now!!

Delivered today and noticed that the seal was broken and has been leaking. I do not know what the wax seal is on the cap of the tub but it looked very unusual.

I used this product after Autoglyms polar blast, makes car washing super easy. The finished appearance is very good. Very good product and good value for money.

I'm a fan of Autoglym but had never tried this. It's simple to apply with a foam canon on a wet car after it's been thoroughly shampooed. Then you simply wash it off with a pressure washer and dry and buff to a beautiful finish. It's tempting to add a little more than the 40ml recommended to water but DON'T. It makes polishing it off much more difficult and you will be left with a dull, white residue on the paintwork. Similarly, DO NOT let it dry as you'll get the same result. I use it monthly to prolong the duration of Autoglym Rapid Ceramic Spray (which is also amazing and highly recommended). The Rapid Ceramic Spray should last 3 months between applications but I'm hoping to increase this duration by "topping off" with the Polar Seal. Excellent product as one might expect from Autoglym and made in Britain!

My husband loves this !! He always uses Autoglym brand and has never been disappointed. A little goes a long way and the results are great he uses it in the jet spray machine with ease The car gleams !!!

Bin damals durch die Videobeiträge von Car Throttle auf die Marke gekommen, wo sie die Autowäsche mal schön demonstrieren. Wenn man es so macht, ist das Resultat tatsächlich umwerfend :)

Vorweg: das muß ein Männderding sein. Riecht nämlich wie Old Spice ... Dosierung mit "maximal 40 ml auf mindestens 200 ml Wasser" ist noch zu stark. Ich empfehle 25 ml auf 250 ml. Nimmt man zu viel, wird's wirklich schnell streifig und ein "Mehrschutz" ist mit den Mehrkosten nicht verbunden. Die 275 ml reichen locker, um einen Kompaktwagen zweimal gründlich abzusprühen, so daß eine wirklich deckende Behandlung der Oberflächen sichergestellt ist. Abspülen ohne Einwirkzeit bringt sofort stark verbessertes Ablaufen des Wassers, Abtrocknen mit Tuch geht ratzifatzi, wer's sehr gründlich und schonend mit einem Blower mag: Keine zehn Minuten und auch die letzte Ritze ist trocken ausgeblasen. Mit dem ermäßigten Preis auch wirtschaftlich, da 40 Behandlungen drin sind, also keine 50 Cent/Spülung. Lack ist danach strahlend sauber und glänzt schlierenfrei. Hält aber maximal um die vier Wochen und wäre mir als alleiniger Lackschutz zu schwach. Wird aber sicher die Standzeit des "Grundschutzes" deutlich verlängern, deshalb nur ein Stern Abzug.

Il prodotto ho provato sia a risciacquarlo che ad asciugare direttamente l'auto dopo l'applicazione e il risultato non cambia, è sempre incredibilmente efficace. Dopo applicazione basta passare il panno in microfibra che praticamente l'auto si asciuga da sola. Non lascia aloni ne striature di asciugatura. Una nota, se non lo si risciaqua bisogna soffiare negli accoppiamenti della carrozzeria perché può lasciare tracce tipo calcare. NB: il trattamento restiste anche dopo settimane, ho lavato l'auto al self e l'effetto idrorepellente resta

É un protettore della carrozzeria, costa un po' peró ne basta veramente poco per avere un buon effetto. 40ml per 200ml sono piú che sufficienti a coprire l'intera auto (nel mio caso una station wagon). Lo consiglio in abbinato con il resto dei prodotti della linea polar.
