Very pleasantly surprised!
This backpack is cute and functional. I was expecting something that would be very thin, not too durable and probably would stain on the first day of use. It’s held up as well as my child’s expensive big name school backpack with months of daily use. Very surprised and happy that this backpack is made with such high quality materials.

Disappointed
I really wanted a white cat bag in memory of my 19-year-old cat that recently passed away but when I received the "white" bag, it turned out to be a sand/khaki color. The images make it look white but it wasn't white at all.
