Ventures Level 4 Digital Value Pack

Since this is a "value pack," I incorrectly thought it included hardcopies of both the student book and workbook. All the value packs at different levels that I've ordered before had this interpretation. After I ordered this item for some students to help them financially, they only received the student books, not the workbooks. I reread the item's description, and it does refer to an "online workbook." This should have been explained much more prominently. Now I must order the hardcopy workbooks separately for these students. Amazon's listing needs to be more understandable. I took the term "digital" in "Digital Value Pack" to refer to the QR codes, as distinguished from the CDs that were included in an earlier edition.

UPDATECustomer service contacted me and fixed my issue. However, still don't buy it if you want to study by yourself.The code provided in the book did work; however, I wasn't able to start a self-study class since it keeps asking for a class code. I have tried writing to the customer support twice, but they don't respond. DO NOT BUY THIS if you are planning to study by yourself without a class code. I am behind my study group because I'm not able to access my assignments in this book.

I think the ad was not well explained, because it says value pack and it only came with 1 book. I returned it.
