Hard to clean
Really cute and good quality, only complain is this is really hard to clean due to the shape of the cup. Internally there’s space at the “cat” part and that specific area is nearly impossible to clean unless you have special tools for it.

Cute and great customer service
Adorable mugs…bought for son and his girlfriend. One had a hairline crack. It didn’t leak, but….I contacted the company, and they immediately worked with me to get a replacement. The new one is purrfect. Would definitely choose to buy from them again!
