The way I see it
DisclaimerI have zero experience with guitars therefore my feedback may be simply intoxicated with ignorance. I am writing this review just because I’m happy with the product as well as service.GuitarBeautiful body, glossy and smooth finish. Decent tuning pegs. Comes with extra set of strings, a capo and three picks. Has a wooden bridge with structural support inside the body. Comes with a pick guard. Now, I am no expert at what makes a guitar better than other - but I feel it has relatively higher action on the picking hand more than fretboard. It has a struss rod for adjustment (comes with Allen Key) but I am not going to mess with it until I know what I’m doing. Comes with an OK-quality belt which might be the first thing you’d like to change. It’s has inlay-ed fretboard markers on the face as well as on the side. All the edges around the guitar and the neck are smooth and don’t cause discomfort. You’d need a 9-volt battery to put in the guitar when connecting to the amplifier. It comes with a tuner but I am still fiddling with tuning and find it frustrating - not sure if it’s the guitar, tuner, strings, or my own self. Specifically finding g-string seems to be most challenging. Just running my fingers over the strings reveals some bumps like they were caused by pressing against the fretboard and rosette. Another thing i observed was the uneven spacing between strings on the bridge end.AmplifierPretty simple to use and had great quality with basic features. Not bad for the bucks. Has a mic input (doesn’t come with microphone). Doesn’t run on battery so needs power source. Good for indoor small group.CaseThe case was DIRTY like it had a splash of dirty water or something. Very basic construction with an okay quality materials. The case is good only for carrying the guitar; would not trust against water, temperature or external pressure. Has a decent size pocket to store small gadgets. Comes with two straps to wear as a backpack.PackageWas delivered couple of days before scheduled. Very happy and excited to receive it before time. The package had a deep hole on one side. Upon opening, I found one of the tuning ports damaged. Upon lodging the complaint, the manufacturer sent the replacement within 4 days in a big box that contained a separate smaller carton for amplifier, a guitar case with guitar inside, and a plastic ziplock for other accessories. Guitar and amplifier were covered with soft water proof plastic wrap.Bottom LineGreat value for the price makes it the best gift. Certainly not the best guitar out there but good for beginners and kids with lesser sense of responsibility. Functional Flaws defines it’s short life and warrants a better quality product. A beautiful show piece for the wall if nothing else.

Mediocre quality but good for a beginner
Got this for my son for Christmas. So far so good.I did immediately replace the strings with some Elixer ones. The fret board was really rough and unfinished. Felt like raw wood.I sanded it with a 400g and then a 1000g and then waxed and buffed it. So much better.I really recommend doing that right away.He likes it and that’s what matters. When he’s ready for an upgrade I won’t feel like I’ve been out hundreds of dollars.

Easy beginner setup
Kid plays this almost every single day as he learns to play the classics. Sweet little amp setup, when he’s up in his room I can hear him, but it isn’t overly obnoxious.

The best thing about this guitar is that it also can be amped up. If this was a just an acoustic guitar it would not fit my bill.As the sound is missing, for me I'm feeling that it just doesn't feel right in regards to the neck. The strings are so cheap that you may as well buy some ernie Ball ones when you order, as they will most likely break before you even tune it.Speaking of tuning one can tell the manufacturer doesn't even bother testing the instrument out, as the strings appear to be just merely wrapped on. Which isn't a good idea, as this can cause neck warping especially during shipping. It would have been better had they tightened the strings even out of tune, than to have them lightly wrapped. But of course I'm supposing they know their strings are so cheap they don't want to risk the loss of strings from an attempt to proper tension/tune the strings.I gave it a 5 star rating, although using the guitar tuner that it came with, in addition to my fender tuner, and a phone application, they all verified there were dead strings on the guitar that makes them non tunable. For me it's missing some curvature in the body to allow it to better resonate. That's a feature very few guitar makers have the ability to achieve, as this mostly happens over a longer period of time.Ot may appear I'm knocking the guitar, but I'm keeping it, if anything to compare, and tweak myself, to improve, after all none of us are perfect, neither should we expect objects to be.
