Hello!I'm so sorry you are experiencing problems in assembling the standup. There should be a black plastic piece that goes across the upper crease line to hold it up and prevent it from flopping down. Amazon does not accommodate photo attachments in their "Amazon answers" so I will send a photo of a fully assembled piece via their internal messaging system.
