I don't know about the refund but I bought three and they all separated after the first usage

Where's the water ?? My cup does not have water where the glitter is. In fact there's barely any glitter

In between the walls of the cup is glitter. The glitter moves and sparkles with the movement of use. Therefore, water between the walls is not needed nor is it listed in the description.
