I ordered the 3 cases of the 16.9 bottles (24) not sure why I got 4 cases of 33.8 bottles (12)?

The three individual boxes of water was open. bottles are missing ,leaking,

I did not receive my complete order

I thought the order was for 3 cases of 24 bottles each. I recieved 1 case of 24 bottles and 12 bottles ina box. I have ordered this order before and I always recieved the correct number of bottles. I am very frustrated.
