It's baking soda and it good stuff!

Thank you for produce good quality of baking soda, not too much chemical added but exactly what should be. I was not sure to find a good quality since I usually saw many boxes of baking soda added more chemical until I find this one and it is reasonable price. How I use it? Clean variety of fruit and vegetable even though I bought organic one every times that I did grocery shopping which took me more than a year to finish this bag Cooking and baking, this brand is food grade so I feel relieve not to worry to put what I will eat

I bought it for the mercury free part. I wish it was salt free but then you couldn't use it to take the poison off your vegetables. Too expensive, needs to be less. But I use it all the time, even as bicarbonate for anti acid.
