Impressed with sewing kit. Better than any basic kit you will get at other retailers. Rather large so do not expect to fit in your purse but it will be great to serve household needs.

I bought this kit because it had everything I needed in a sewing kit. I love that it had pretty much all the spools were of colors I would need one day to repair shirts/dresses/wardrobe pieces, etc. The bag zipped up nicely for easy storage and the elastic bands were strong to hold all the spools in place. So far, I've used this kit to sew buttons and patch up some holes.These are my thoughts so far. The scissors were the quality you would expect to find in a value kit like this. It doesn't cut well and I'll likely replace the scissors in the future with a pair that's stronger and sharper. Not a huge deal breaker for me. The needles are sharp and stronger than I anticipated. I used it to repair 2 thick winter coats and I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, great value and I love that I finally have a all-in-one sewing kit!

Adorable functional kit. Has everything I needed it to be. The assortment of thread colors is wonderful. Only complaint is the cheap metals used to make the needles and pins. Otherwise worth the price.

Although this kit has everything you'll need to mend something while traveling, I did add a few things of my own to it, like my own thimble, a chalk marker, large safety pins and different sizes of darning needles. This whole kit came in handy when I went to go visit my mother and brother., who had some mending that needed to be done.

The little scissors are sharp. Long pins are easier to use than tiny pins. Thread variety is great. There is a nice amount of thread on each spool.I really like this kit. I will keep this in my desk at school. I’m always sewing up things for my students. (Well...prior to the COVID shutdown.)I like the that they included a small crochet hook. Great for fixing sweater snags.

This is a great starter sewing kit for the price, I bought it to fix little minor holes, and tears that appear in our clothes, definitely glad I did. Great kit.

Some good sewing tools, nice scissors,but too many tools are inferior and may break or not even work.Thread looks cheap-- fine for quick repair jobs maybe.Zippered case is nice!A nifty idea for a kit.
