Great starter for the unfit or post op.
I really like this dvd. I am unfit and have a weak core and flexibility. I did the introductory pilates first and it was a really enjoyable 20 minutes. It felt easy and relaxing but after finishing, my stomach muscles are quivering. I feel really hopeful that I will be able to progress to the beginners section and eventually the intermediate section. If nothing else, it’s a wonderful 20 minutes of stretching.

Good introductory dvd to pilates
A good dvd which is relatively easy to follow. I did find the breathing as part of the exercises was too fast as when I've done classes it is much more at your own pace however it is a good introductory dvd to pilates.

Wonderful.
As always Caroline is clear and concise on what you should do. She is so easy to follow and everything is appropriate. I already had 3 of her DVDs and find them very good indeed. I would recommend her to anyone. I have bought one of her DVDs for 2 of my friends and they really like her.

this is a rip off!
I thought that I was purchasing 3 x 20 minute work out with a 4 minute intro. it was 4 minutes intro which works out at £1 per minute. apparently you have to buy the whole lot and the workouts start at no 3, 4 and 5. there is no real explanation to the series and as you do not know what to expect. it would be much more sensible to give you the intro free and encourage you to buy the rest - which is what I would have done as she looks really good

Just as described. 3 x 20 minute sessions over 3 levels. Love the addition of being able to play it with and without music. Beginners level give a good workout.
