Good arch and heal support
I have plantar fascia and I put these in my running shoes. They are the only shoe I can wear without pain and I bought these arch supports because they are short and would not make the shoe too tight. These have worked great so far so I bought a second pair.

Worst experience
Doesn't solve the issue, support is not good. Material is very soft doesn't hold the arch shape and don't give any support to the feet.
