Full Extension Less Noise Ball Bearing Drawer Slides, 12 Inches, 1-Pair

I used a pair of the 10" slides to make a slide-out shelf for a cabinet. I decided to use them in an undermount configuration instead of on the sides like you normally would, and they worked perfectly. You just have to make sure the two slides are perfectly parallel and square with the shelf. They operate smoothly and silently, look nice, and are sturdy. Just mind the bit of grease or whatever on the inner parts when you have them separated.They could do with an instruction sheet just showing how to separate the parts for install. It's not hard to figure out but it's the principle of the matter.

Well, these got the job done on one of my projects, but on another I ran into some problems, and these slides ended up being a bent up mess. I removed them and bought some Accuride slides for marginally more money, and WOW, what a difference in quality. I don't think I could bend them out of shape no matter how hard I tried. I measured the thickness of the metal in the slide bodies, and these, compared to the Accuride slides, are almost 40% thinner. Also , the engineering of the more expensive slides are much improved. It takes a long time to build a project and it is a shame to finish it off with cheap hardware. In the future, I'll pop for the better slides. I've learned my lesson.

I've been getting into woodworking a lot over the pandemic. I built my own set of night stands. I tried the route of making my own drawer slides out of dovetails joints without much success. I decided I wanted to go with some reliable metal, ball-bearing type slides. I needed the right size for my drawers (10" slides). All the big-box retails stores near me didn't have any that size. They only sold 15" and up, and they were expensive as well.I found these on amazon and went with them. They were great! I actually mounted them on the bottom of my drawers (not the sides) and they were perfectly fine. I really like these and they're exactly what I needed. The open and close quietly and smoothly. Nothing bad to say about this product at all. If you're looking for odd sizes like a 10" drawer slide, I'd go with this.

These ball bearing slides, and a Sturdy board, are all you need. I installed a Bang and Olufsen Turntable inside an IKEA wall unit. I went to a nearby IKEA, and purchased, in the scrap department, a board for two dollars that met my needs perfectly. I mounted this ball bearing slider kit to both the original IKEA base cabinet, and the scrap piece of wood that I bought from IKEA. For a total of investment of about $14, I had a perfect pull out tray to use to mount the turntable to the cabinet

Of the first two sets I ordered, the ball bearings fell out of one of them and had to be returned. The replacement was sent the next day, but was manufactured wrong. The bearing slide was on the wrong side of the metal nip stops. My project was already delayed one day so I just pushed down the nips with a hammer and punch, moved the slides in the correct spot, and pried the nips back up with a small screw driver. It worked well after that. This or a hit or miss product, but 10" slides are hard to find.

These were absolutely perfect, but I do wish the item had come with an instruction guide, although I figured it out on my own. These fit great, are super solid, built well, strong, fully extend as described, and are definitely smooth and quiet. I bought them to replace old, worn out rusty ones that only partially extended and these worked even better than expected. I would definitely recommend this product!!

Nothing bad about the product...The rubber stopper things in the back, are a bit odd...When you close the drawers the rubber stoppers keep the drawer from closing all the way, but if you give it a little bit more strength the drawer will close. The tracks push onto the rubber stoppers, which act like a kinda latch preventing the drawer from opening. Not in a bad way!!!! Just enough prevention to keep it closed while moving the piece of furniture, (like from one side of the room to the other side). Very easy to open with just a little more oomf while pulling the drawer open.

It is quiet as claimed. And in addition it has a rubber stop that cushions the slide when you push it all the way in, and a real plus: holds the slide in until you pull it out. I've used other ball slides for my drawers, and they would slide out when I didn't want them to. This slide solves that problem.I've found the soft close slide mechanisms on other slides to be not very durable.

Found this product to fit well, movement is smooth, and looks to be straight with quality support. Only shortcoming is the screws are small and the smaller size of the slotted holes. I enlarged to holes slightly to fit into a prefabricated shelving unit. Minimal effort but was an extra step. Black finish also seems to be able to resist scratching, required a good amount of effort to make a mark.

These drawer slides are constructed from very thin gauge steel, and have very little rigidity and strength, I have thrown out 3 pairs already and only been in use for 2 weeks. I have since replaced with a brand from my local hardware store that were cheaper, but built for the job in hand. I would not recommend these for anything other than a 12" X 12" max drawer size whose sole purpose is holding cotton balls and fresh air.
