Great wall clock which is really up there in terms of looks for the price. I found a lot of the "antique" styled clocks in the same price bracket to come across looking a bit cheap, but this looks great. It is fairly cheap in reality, being made entirely from plastic it's certainly no frills, but it looks great and keeps an accurate time, at least over the last 24 hours its been on my wall so I've little reason to think it will drift from here. It takes a single AA battery (not included!) and is super simple to set up, just toss the battery in and rotate the time setting cog on the back and done. It's completely silent in operation and even with my ear up against it, I got no ticking or whirring sounds. My only argument against it would be the choice of brass coloured hands, which do make it less easy to read with a quick glance than black hands would, but I suppose thats a stylistic choice and they do look great. This is by no means a heavy knock against it though and it's still easy to read from a full rooms distance. I think it looks great and is easy to fit into almost any decor with its classic stylings.

These are good clocks, which are very clear and keep time well. They’re a good style and suitable for modern or more period homes, especially to give a neo-Georgian touch. This clock is a darkish gray. It will stand out boldly against a white wall. It is much darker than the lighter gray that used to be used in a similar clock a few years ago for reference. There is no noise from the clock as you’d expect. I have dropped these clocks from a great height and they survive remarkably well. You need to ensure you have a sensible hook to prevent this - ignore the plastic clock fixing kits and use a large hook or a large headed screw. The fixing on the rear is a little oversized and needs some improvement.

I’m very happy with the quality and look of this clock, it looks perfect in my kitchen.

I needed a large wall clock to replace one that broke. I was looking for Roman numerals, large, black clock that didn't look cheap. This looks decent. 1st clock I had to send back because it didn't keep the time. Replacement works fine.
