As a person who doesn't heal well, this product is a godsend because it heals quickly without irritation. My skin loves panthenol, glycerin, allantoin and this delivers it in spades. I was skeptical about its onion bulb extract but it is really effective. I had a year old biopsy scar that didn't heal and after a few weeks of just twice a week usage, the scar tissue is starting to fade and the scar is better blending into my skin! It works even better on fresh wounds. I just wish it didn't have fragrance but it's not too intrusive and doesn't harm the healing qualities. The gel is lightweight and easy to spread. About to order more to stock up!It's invaluable. Please don't change the ingredients Derma-E and great job. I have been using this product for awhile now because that is how you are to use it, on a consistent and regular basis. Although my scars have not completely disappeared yet I have noticed an improvement which lets me know it is doing something which to me is good. I will do another update in a few months.

Hard to say how well it worked given I don't really have a frame of reference, but it did seem to help with some of the visible scaring directly after surgery. Idk how it would do on old scars

I've had hormonal acne since I was a teenager, and teenager me though popping/scraping would be a great idea. I've used various skin care products in hopes of lightning or permanently removing them.I've noticed a difference immediately on my light scars. Applying it in the morning after washing my face and at night after cleaning my body. I love how cooling, light, non sticky feeling, and how quickly this absorbs into the skin. The light smell is a plus, it smells good but not strong which is great for my sensitive nose. The product is very thick so there's no need to use a lot at once, considering how quickly it absorbs it makes the application easy and smooth. I prefer doing a light layer once and then doing it again. I'm crossing my fingers that it works on my old scars that are very dark and stubborn. I'll post an update on those. I wish the jar was larger but the price for the the size is fair considering how quickly it works.

Little sticky

I have used this product for 3 months now and have seen big difference! I used this on a brand new scar I had from a surgery, and try to put it on everyday but definitely not consistent with it yet. With that said, without using it everyday I have already seen redness go down and hope after using it for rest of year the redness will be gone! Highly recommend

This may be a tough subject but if it helps anyone in the same situation it's more than worth it.My oldest has struggled for some time with depression and self harm/cutting. As a parent it's hard to see your kid struggle and you'd do anything to help. The scars were a hurdle. They're an ever present reminder. Since the behavior is very much an addiction the reminder can be a trigger, like someone trying to quit smoking being around people smoking. Also, the scars and people's reactions to them, can lead to feelings of worthlessness, failure, and hopelessness because you'll never be free of the stigma that goes with it.So when he was ready I wanted to help him. I first got him Mederma, but the results were minimal, and he was left discouraged. I convinced him to try another go with a different product and got this. He immediately preferred it due to it not feeling greasy, and today we looked at the scars together and I was stunned how much they had improved. Many of the scars involved quite a bit of tissue damage and resembled surgical scars. Now the most improved are flush, light colored and reduced in size. At this rate it looks like the lightest scars may completely heal, and many more will not be noticeable at a glance.I am ordering the third batch now and looking forward to continued healing. As a parent I cannot express what this means to me. Please keep making this product; you're literally changing lives.

This works pretty good compared to other expensive brands. It doesn’t fully remove the scar but makes it lighter. Also, you can’t really see results if used once. You have to be consistently using it to see any progress at all. A little goes a long way so little is more. It’ll also last a lot longer if only using little by little. The price for this and its efficiency is so worth it.
