Can't fault it, soothes aching joints within 5-10min
Excellent fast working product which I use on my legs & feet as I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy & bilateral feet pain due to being born with clubbed feet then requiring corrected surgery to straighten them. The gel is quite watery but not at all sticky & personally speaking it soothes my pain within 5-10min & sees me soothed with very little or no pain until morning.

Don't bother for pain relief.
This felt nice on my skin, very mentholy, but did not stop any pain.
