Good little EDC knife. However it was slipping out if its sheath so I wrapped the sheath in some grip tape and then pierced it by sliding the k ife into its resting position. Stays in now works great

These are thin , light weight , compact , easy to carry , and extremely useful utility/ defense knives. Comes with an excellent sheath and very sharp. Good quality for the money$.....

If you have purchased the other knives made by this company you are in for a treat. The other knives are very acceptable in that they are sharp, have good kydex, and a large enough ring for adult hands. They are however very skinny. This one is much fatter across the handle area giving the user far more control than the other offerings. If you are kind of happy with the others then you will be extatic with this one. I wrapped mine in hockey tape and I feel adequately defensive for most intimate distance actions. Excellent value for the low dollar amount. I buy knives this size that cost ten times as much. Be safe my friends.

Just got it 20 minutes ago and it went in a drawer in the garage. It's vertical carry only, and only with the 4 inch handle standing straight up. The holes are spaced so the screws only fit the two (not sure why there are 5 holes, thought it would be adjustable). If you try to wear it with the handle down, so it's easier to pull, it falls out. Probably should have known better, but they really try to make it sound versatile and reliable in the description. Another worthless buy from a cheap Amazon seller.

This is a good introduction to the design, but the steel is bad and frankly the overall design of the sheath leaves something to be desired. The clip included with this sheath is outright useless. I can't rag on this sheath enough, it's honestly pretty poorly designed. I don't think you'd be happy with the fragrant beard sheath either. The holes are just int he wrong spots the way the sheath is balanced makes the knife hard to carry with lashing, which is basically the only carry method that makes sense for this sheath. I guess you could get one of those molle things and clip it to your belt, but that kinda defeats the purpose of a small for factor knife. You could also buy a decent clip for it if you wanted too, but that really alters the price range of this item. Still, the knife design itself is killer. Just don't kid yourself, this isn't a high quality knife. More like entry level. Also, the steel isn't D2. From my research I can say that this still seems to be worse than 440c. If you want more information about the steel you can look for this item on aliexpress. Most of these style of cheap knock off knives originate from there. I think they might all come from the same factory. Claiming that this is D2 is simply lying. It's not. I just looked and it looks like all the products on the above mentioned website are claiming to be 440c. I still don't think they are since I recall a cheaper steel being listed for this product about 3 months ago, but if it is actually 440c, it's a super low quality one that's badly tempered. The edge retention is pretty bad. The CRKT Obake is a much better knife in this price range. If you're specifically looking for a knife with a ring and you don't want to drop $100+ for the genuine article, this will do. Just keep in mind that you're getting what you pay for here; an okay entry level knife made of questionable steel with poor edge retention, a bad sheath, and an excellent design.

Thanks for making such a great knive. I bought it on March 2020 (for obvious reasons) and carried it every day since. Very sharp, great handle, slim, protable. Sheath locks and holds properly. Everything works as it should.

Husband bought this for himself and seems to like it.
