Q: I ordered this product, paid $70.00 and received a two-pack. Should I not have multiple filters?? I’d like a refund.

The package and description on Amazon explicitly said a 2 pack on mine.

Q: Does it work good for heavy cigarette smokers

I don't smoke and I don't know anybody who does. With that said, these filters do take out small particles in the air. The "red" filter takes out a certain size and the "purple" one takes out smaller ones. This one is the red filter. They will take out some of the smoke but not all. Also, if you are a heavy smoker, you are going to have to change these filters faster than the recommended period of three months. The oils in the smoke will clog the filter very fast. These filters do not have carbon in them so they won't totally take out the smell. My recommendation is if you are a heavy smoker go outside to smoke or else get a small HEPA filter for your room in addition to this filter. Run the HEPA filter at high speed to take out the smells and oil.
