My poor old cat had a problem keeping her claws short ,she is an indoor cat and being 14 had decided the new wool rug would be a better place to shed claws than her scratching post .I bought this wondering if I had just thrown my money down the drain but actually she was straight on it scratching away .it's very easy to assemble,very sturdy,the size is good for my Russian blue it looks OK sat in the middle of the room on affor mention lovely rug,she is comfortable using it and after 3 weeks It has held up well so must be very tough .I thought it wouldn't last 2 minutes and am very impressed at it's scratch resistance. Would buy again .

We have three indoor cats, I bought these for variation for them.. They all love and use them! For scratching and as a cushion! Less mess than having a cardboard box shredded to bits, which one cat loves to do. They've had them for a few months now, and I've only just had to apply cello-tape around the corners of one. So more durable than I first thought. I got one big one and 2 smaller ones, when these have been demolished - probably in another few months - I'll just get the larger ones. A zip lock bag of Catnip comes with them, but strangely only one of my cats likes catnip! The other 2 ignore it and just sleep on their mats. They're not cheap, but good value for money as all three cats use them, and they are environmentally friendly, fully recyclable as made entirely from cardboard. The cats and I love them!

We picked up a set of these because we wanted some easy, mobile scratching points for our cats in each room. Also, they love catnip and this came with some. Easy to set up, remove the cardboard from the frame/box, sprinkle catnip underneath and put the cardboard back. They were instantly all over them and have since taken to scratching them regularly, they even simply sit on them as comfy go to points. However, the cardboard is very soft and flaky. We expected this to a degree but there's far more torn off bits all over out flat, far quicker than we expected. Not too hard to tidy up, but we're used to sturdier cardboard in this kind of product, something the cats can sink their claws into without it disintegrating straight away.

With this one item you will save hundreds of pounds of damage. My cat had a fascination shall we say with the back of my arm chair, we were forever trying to divert her attention from it. She would have her "Zoomies" run around the house like a whirling dervish, then jump to the back of the chair and sharpen her claws on the back of it, in readiness of gutting me. Now she has her "zoomies" and jumps on the cardboard scratcher and sharpens her claw on that instead. It is great value for money as you are not getting 3 scratchers, technically you are getting 6 as you can turn them upside down and use the fresh underside, I am still on my first scratcher some 2 months after purchase, and I have only just turned it over.

I have been struggling to get my 4 yr old rescue cat to use a scratching post instead of the stair carpet! I chose this design as something he may prefer to use. I have several versions of scratching posts scattered around the house and I have been hoping he will take to one of them ( yes I have tried catnip and using a deterant spray on my carpet) However yesterday I was really happy to see him using this particular scratcher! We have other similar ones dotted around the house, so I am hoping this is the start of something better! So yes I am happy with this product and I am happy to be able to say that my cat has actually used this one as opposed to vertical ones

Seems like a good idea and looks sturdy enough. Bought after I saw friends cats using something similar. Mine like their scratching post and I thought having something else to scratch might help save my wooden chairs and bed frame. No such luck! My cats won't use it! Well, the little one sits on the pad but certainly won't scratch it!

I thought these were a bit expensive for what they are but when they arrived they were nice and sturdy and plenty big enough for my one chunky cat and my other extra long cat. The catnip meant they immediately spent hours on one pad each having a great time and they still look new even after being attacked by eager claws. Will definitely purchase again.

This is the second pack of three I've bought, my cat loves them, she sits and lies on them as well as using them for her claws, she's a big girl but these are big enough for her to enjoy and once they are well used you can turn the corrugated cardboard bit over and the bottom is unused, but she had worn the first three out so these were replacements which are dotted around the home and all used daily. Well worth the cost and well packed for delivery.

Je possède deux chats adultes qui vivent exclusivement à l'intérieur. Dixon (photo) est un griffeur acharné. J'ai utilisé quantité de griffoirs différents. Certains tenaient difficilement une journée, les meilleurs quelques semaines. Avec ces griffoirs, j'ai enfin trouvé la panacée. Celui de la photo est le premier du lot de trois et est utilisé journellement depuis cinq mois, et pas seulement comme lit de repos comme on pourrait le croire ! Il est encore en excellent état. Grande taille, solidité incomparable, c'est LE griffoir ! Un peu cher à l'achat mais très économique à l'usage. Je recommande à 200 % !

Ho acquisto la confezione da 3 nel formato grande. Non è la prima volta che acquisto questo genere di prodotto, i miei gatti adorano i tiragraffi di cartone .Il prezzo potrebbe apparire alto, ma devo dire che il "vassoio" di cui sono muniti questi è molto utile: trovo meno "briciole" di cartone in giro per casa

These pads came swiftly and on time! I was so happy to find this product. I have a three story house, and the cats (one long skinny one and one short round one) hang out on the stairs. I placed one on each of the landings to always give them scratching options. These pads are long enough for the male and wide enough for the female! They each laid down on them and started scratching right away! Each pad is REVERSIBLE, so you can double the life of them. Each pad also comes with a small package of catnip to encourage the initial scratches too! Since smaller scratching pads cost more than these, the price point on these is GREAT. THESE ARE A GREAT BUY! I WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE THESE AGAIN!!
