High quality steel cable
Easy to use and cut for desired length. We used it for deck curtains. Works great and holds up against the weather.

Good product
Good quality. The cable railing job I did with this cable came out excellent. I wanted to post pictures but apparently that option is not available anymore in Amazon

Not just any wire.
Amazon has graciously asked me to write a review of this product. This is braided wire, but not just any braided wire. It comes on a spool and, AND it's made of stainless steel. Not kidding! Just like the description states, it's wire, stainless steel wire and it's like 100 feet long. Crazy! You should get this, if, like me, you need 100 feet of stainless steel wire to help hold up your new trees. The shipper sent it to me just like they promised,I used it and I loved it. You will, too!

not easy to install on swaged bolts.
Unfortunately the cable is twisted together in a counterclockwise direction. If you use this on a swaged bolt, tightening it will unravel the cable ;making it very difficult to Install and it may even become loose. So I decided to use "lock tight" on the threads. This doesn't make it any easier to install but once the bolt are locked in you can tighten the twist in the cable

Very nice
Easy to work with on the spool. I went ahead and bought the propper tools to cut the cable and to crimp loop sleeves and a bag of the sleeves. Look at my photos where i drilled a couple of holes to secure the wire rope end to prevent unspooling. Works better than a charm lol charms don't work.

Would buy again
I'm using this as a temporary support wire for string lights outdoors. They have been up for three days and will come down in two. My longest run is 65 feet. The wire is functioning as expected, no detectable stretching, clamps holding well. I have no idea on its long term life, but for short term it's fine.

Exactly what I needed.
This 1/8" steel wire rope is exactly what I needed and was exactly as described. Used it to secure sports backstop netting and to string lights across my backyard. The size (1/8") makes it very easy to work with, light weight, and remains very strong. I will absolutely be back for more when my next project needs it.
